I know I should just leave this be, but I have to ask...

This would be in response to what????

In response to all those who questioned his abilities and the quality of the whole international scene in general. I'm pretty sure I saw some bashing on this board a while back. If not please accept my apologies.

You've got the wrong board.  All the Mack bashing was over on pba.com.

I've seen the name Tim Mack posted quite a bit but just wondering if he is a regional pro or has alot of friends on this board? What areais he from?

He's from New York.  He's been known the strongest amateur in the country.  He bowled Team USA for a while, winning medals all over the world.  The guy has a monter game.  He makes more money on the "amateur" scene than prolly 99% of the PBA Touring "professionals".  This is his tournament as a card holder.

There is no doubt in my mind that he'll be the biggest threat to the Tour since Barnes stepped in.

New Jersey is neither a suburb or New York, nor of Philadelphia. Sorry, but you were not close.

If you must know, it's a suburb of Buffalo.

I saw Tim Mack and Robert Smith in the same tournament here in Sweden about three years ago. They are the most powerful high-quality players I have ever seen. In that tournament, Smith played a bit harder and put on a few more revs than Mack. Since then I have seen Mack develop his game. In my opinion, Tim can play really well on any condition.

I spent a few weeks in Hoboken, NJ and I could see Manhattan from across the water.  I'm not terribly smart about the geography of New York, but Jersey is a lot closer to NY than it is Texas.

Only geographically (is it closer to NY than Texas).
Actually Hoboken, one of the smallest citeies in size in NJ, has some of the best beer bars I've ever seen. You must have had a "good" time ....

Mack sent a scout in the round of 32 that made me flinch.  Pure power.
