I understand that Asymmetric bowling balls PSA is very important, but I don't the know what kinds of layouts to use on them. I have 3 Asymmetric to work with (VG Nano, Lucid, Defiant) I know what I want to do with my Nano, but I don't know what to do with the Lucid and Defiant. I might use it with to have decent read in the midlane, with a strong move in the back. I just don't know with the Defiant. I thought about drilling it to have left with a smooth transition off the dry. Any thoughts?

Use the Storm Vector Layout system.  It is a pretty simple spreadsheet that will help you decide what layout to use.  https://www.stormbowling.com/marketing under drill specs.
