Ignitors are updated Jagged Edges

Stingers use the Mag 035 core, could be very useful on house shots that hook

The Ebonite Stingers ~20 years ago were absolute beasts.  One of those balls that performed way above what the price tag indicated.  I had a purple pearl one and it was just downright impressive.  Wonder if that will hold true for these new ones?

The whole Stinger line was good. The original was a 4 piece design and I had the purple pearl as well. Ball went super long and flipped hard. Also had the Stinger Navy which had a stronger cover. Then the Stinger 2 pieces were great. Had a solid and pearl.

Personally, hard pass for me on all of these as well.

However, I'd consider these for my children, especially since they are getting strong enough for a 10lb to 12lb ball, plus are skilled enough to handle a ball with core and cover. They are well past the time of only using a plastic ball and pancake core at 8 or 9lbs, so these basically being at entry level would be great for them. That's where I would consider these, especially for the price.

Humm...one company that I do not use products from buys another company from which I also don't use products. Then "combines" the products lines.

Nope, won't be needing any of these.  :o ;D

One of my biggest takes from these is the shelf appeal, or lack thereof.  Some people do not like the multi color balls.  But even so these just look blah.

Soooo... we've now had SIX pearl Beasts released in the past year or so. Overkill much? At least they threw in a couple of hybrids this time. Hmmm, and the new ones don't have Hypershock or Dynamicore (for what that's worth, or not worth, but at least it was a selling point at that price). *yawn*

While they have had 6 pearls in the last year, that is typical for low end balls.  Scouts, Cyclones, Tornados, Tropicals, and others have always had new color releases every year. The balls you are seeing right now are probably ones that would have been at Bowl Expo.  I am interested in seeing how much if any the price is going to drop on last years releases.  If last years drop by a good $20.00, I may be picking at least one up since the Beast is a great ball for higher rev players wanting to straighten their angles out.

Hypershock wasn’t used on previous Beast either.  Not that anyone pays attention
