The only things that really stand out to me is you have a large loop to your swing. On the back swing you come way inside and loop it to get into more of a pendulum swing while you are transitioning from back swing to downswing. It also appears that you are gripping the ball cause your release point appears to be a bit inconsistent. A couple of shots you loose the ball early and throw it down a bit while others your more parallel to the floor. You appear to pull the ball pretty hard from the top and your swing speed stays pretty constant after about 1/3 of the way through the swing. If you will just stay relaxed and let the ball fall into the swing you will retain most of your speed and gain leverage at the release point which will increase the power that gets transmitted to the ball where it counts the release. This should also reduce the angle of your swing which appears to be a bit steep causing you to lose the ball at the bottom when you don't squeeze it. If a person has a free arm swing the ball will be accelerating through-out the swing which gives you the best chance of getting all of it. In this respect a bowling swing is similar to a golf swing, those that generate a high club head speed but do it in a smooth fashion get the best compromise of power and accuracy.

thanks for posting a vid and asking for tips and advice...
Like already said you need a free arm swing, also you need to slow down your approach and bend your knee more. If you bend your knee already at the start it will be easier for you to get a better finishing position and realease. This combined with a free arm swing will allow you to have more control of your game.

I am guessing the a slight crouch at the begining of the approach will keep me lower throughout allowing for a lower knee bend causing a more consistancy and more lift.
