Need Advice
« on: May 21, 2004, 09:01:05 PM »
I am looking for a ball for use on oily lanes(not a flood but a decent amount of oil layed gutter to gutter)plus i don't have that much hand.As an example in a different house i can swing my power diesel from 15 to8 without any problems but in the house i am having problems with i have to play down and in and i suffer with carry problems. I am right handed, throw between 15 and 16 mph.My pap is 4/1/4 over and1/4 up.Dont't get me wrong i don't expect to through the ball coast to coast but would like to at least be able to swing it from about the 12 or 10 board to about the 8 to 5 board. After doing a little research i narrowed my choices to these three,AMF-triumph tnt,BRUNSWICK ultimate inferno and TRACK-animal.Before i go out and purchase an oil ball monday afternoon i thought i would run this pass the people on this board because i have received a lot of good advice from the people on this board. THANKS IN ADVANCE, alex

I would go with the Animal, because like I said before, the books say it is the best for heavy oil.

What book are you getting this information from anyway?  Don't get me wrong, the Animal should be a good choice, but I've never seen a reliable source say one ball is THE best for any condition.
