I'v never expirienced this hook in my life before. I left the 6 pin and was going to use my plastic ball to pick it up. I threw it a little cuffed with almost no hand and it arced gutter to gutter. What did I do. Was this the shot? All of my other balls did this the rest of the day. It also hooked at the last second.

Almost sounds to me like when you say no hand I think you actually came around the ball, or your hand position was already at the side of the ball giving you alot of side roll.
