Oil Ball
« on: March 15, 2009, 04:41:11 AM »
what are some suggestions for a heavy oil ball? The ball will be above the Hot Sauce Pearl in my arsenal. something that will move with my style, which is straight down second arrow with backend movement. Thanks.

if you play down 2nd arrow with medium ball speed just about anything these days will find the pocket. i would suggest anything non pearl if you already have a pearl.
lets face it... this isnt deadlifting or picking up women.. its BOWLING!!!! Stop acting tough when you roll 4 strikes in a row!!!

If you can get your hands in a Roto-Grip Epic Quest, it will handle most heavy oil conditions.  I throw it down second arrow on heavy oil and it really find the pocket well.

Here's a link to me throwing it on a house shot that was really walled up so you'll see I'm throwing it out a good bit more than I would on a heavy oil tournament shot.
