Please help me choose a ball
« on: January 05, 2006, 01:29:00 AM »
I'm currently having a three ball arsenal as stated in my profile. But actually the Element Carbide is dead and so I only play with the Centrifugal Mass and the spare ball right now. My problem is that my ball speed doesn't match up to my revs very well. With the lane condition mostly medium in the house I play in and my low ball speed I frequently find it hard to get the ball skid to the length I desire.

I'm now finding a reactive ball with low differential and a pearlized coverstock to play the medium condition. But I still prefer the RG to be low. Are there any balls that would suit me? I prefer Storm, Dynothane or Rotogrip equipments.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks CZ!

I have also considered the Fired-up one of the appropriate options.

However the Tropical Storms and the Hot Rod Super Sport (either the original or the Pearl one) seem to be a little bit weak in medium conditions. The oil in the house I play in dry up a little bit quick but carrydown is quite common. I'm afraid these two choices may not handle that very well.
