proper size finger grips

over the year I droped some weight and I've come to a conclusion that my grips need a change.I've always let the pro shop figure what size grip but to be honest I don't know how a proper fit of the grip should be.should it be snug or kinda lose?plus last time I had them changed,they did'nt check the fit,just replaced what I had.

It should be snug but just a tad loose for your puffiest days. Thats not good they just replaced them w/o rechecking. Ask them questions about your equipment, make em give u answers.
