PWBA Rockford Classic TV Rebroadcast
« on: June 16, 2003, 05:51:03 AM »
For those interested in catching the rebroadcast of the PWBA Rockford Classic that was held yesterday, it is "scheduled" on ESPN2 tonight at 9:00pm Central time.  Seeing as how it follows a ball game, we'll see if they chop off part of the first match or not.

For those who missed the show yesterday, I can tell you that the lane conditions were not kind to the competitors.  You could easily tell that they were bowling on the Sport condition.  Anyway, it's definitely worth watching.

For those reading this right now, you're missing the semi-final match between Michelle Feldman and Liz Johnson.  ESPN2 skipped the second match between Michelle Feldman and Kelly Kulick, but it was a pretty rough grind out 167-160 match, with Michelle advancing to the semi-final round.

Also, I caught the comment at the beginning of the show that Cherry Bowl has 60 feet of Guardian finish.  I can easily see why the lanes are giving the bowlers fits.
