Selecting a Bowling Partner
« on: April 15, 2011, 12:58:18 AM »
When selecting a bowling partner does the persons style of bowling affect your selection and also what line that person is playing?  Is there really such thing and pushing oil on another person line?

Saying "I do" is how I selected mine.

I second the "I do" part as well.  However for men's tournaments, I have certain people I like to partner up with because we throw similar lines, and are able to make adjustments off of each other.

As to the question of pushing oil, yes this does happen.  I get fussed out all the time for pushing oil into my wife's line making her stuff stop hooking because I am crossing the line she is playing

8-10 people are bowling on that set of lanes for 3 games a night. Unless you're a lefty, your line is guaranteed to be crossed 75+ times a night.
