I believe they actually tied that game, and that number reflects the total pinfall for the roll off frames.

Uh, I axed a similar question on PBA.com and even sent email to admin, never got an answer. Someone thought it meant tie and rolloff. Wrong.
For the game in question, mack had 210, amletto 203 - therefore not a tie and why only amletto w/(20)?? The week before there were several of these (#) and not once was it a tie score. I just think whoever is entering the scores is screwing up and doesn't care about accuracy.
