The worst house I ever bowled .
« on: October 29, 2003, 12:47:51 AM »
Just want to let some steam off. The place where I bowl they do not oil the lanes for us .Half an hour before I get there , they have people bowling our lanes before our league . My brother told me when I arrive . What's the use of bringing your balls for oil . You know I am pissed because this is a sanction league and the money we pay every week, make no sense for us to be treated like that, I made a commitment to bowl till winter league is over , I will keep my promise . Will not be back next year.

There's nothing necessarily wrong with that.  If your league doesn't state in it's contract that the lanes won't be used after oiling for league, you're out of luck.  Also, don't forget that both teams on that pair will play under the same conditions.  I might be less inclined to get into brackets and highpots if some of the lanes are fresh while others are not.

I dont have a problem with dry lanes, because i can take hook of the ball. However, heavy heavy oil bothers me.
