What bowling ball could you not wait to buy  but ,after throwing it knew you made a complete mistake?

I would have to include on my list: Storm Sky Bolt, Storm La Nina, They just never fit my game.

ElNino Exit. Worst ball in the histroy of balls. Oracle vision, second worst ball, storm blue hot 3rd worst. That's all I can think of right now.

Ebo Playmaker. Horrible over under.

Lane 1 G Force would make a beeline for the had pin at 35 ft no matter what. no amount of polish or moving inside would work.  it wouldnt go brooklyn. just roll through the nose consistently.

Insite Revelation. just plain sucked

Lane 1 Liberator. Shot 257 straight off the drill press. couldnt do anything with it ever again

Smokin' Inferno

This ball had the craziest hook/set reaction I've ever seen out of my hands.  It'd get down the lane alright, make its move and look good doing it, then just plain DIE.  Soured me on Brunswick.

Silver Streak.

I wanted this ball like nobody's business.  Finally got my hands on a shiny new one and drilled it up. 8 games later, it belonged to a junior bowler at no cost to him. ABSOLUTELY HATED THIS BALL!  So much so, that I cannot fathom the fact that RG has created the Nomad series with that weightblock.

In a deadheat tie for second on my list would be the El-Nino GOLD and the Lev-RG.

Storm X-Factor Deuce  - Never bowled anything higher than a 221 with that P.O.S. ball. I had two other AccuTread balls that were great, but this one was just a wimpy dog for me. Whenever it did get to the pocket it would hit like a wimpy "female" dog. It was so bad that one day, I just gave the damn ball away. LOL!

I did throw a few games higher than 221 with mine, but otherwise, +1

was a monster with sending "everything" at the 7 pin. but after 2 nice sets (745,748 ) blaaaaa.  nothing

Raw Hammer Doom. I loved the looks of it and couldn't wait to get one based on how many guys who posted here raved about it. It was so over-under for me it wasn't funny.

1. AMF Sumo (Urethane) - OMG, I was so excited to get this one. When I got it, I found out the hard way that it just would not hook. No amount of sanding or scuffing helped it. It just flat out would not hook at all. Needless to say, but I will NEVER buy another AMF ball again. NEVER! Forever NEVER!!  LOL!

See someone stating something like this makes me sick. That was in 1992, give me a break. AMF these days is top of the line, you may never know because of a dumb ball in the early 90's

For me it was a Brunswick Nemesis. Don't get me wrong it was a great ball for ALOT of people, never was very good for me at the time.
I threw it a couple times after I sold it to him and it was great, oh well, live and learn I guess.
