What bowling ball could you not wait to buy  but ,after throwing it knew you made a complete mistake?

I would have to include on my list: Storm Sky Bolt, Storm La Nina, They just never fit my game.

Brunswick Sidewinder. Saw the videos and was just had to have it. tried all types of drillings, just never matched up with it... although my friends had great success and still do with theirs.

Hammer No Mercy
Brunswick Fury
Track Phenom was also a letdown, but I was a really bad bowler when I bought that one so (dare I say it) it could have been me!!!!

Well let me chime on this:

Hammer No Mercy - shot 300 and 750 plus and then nothing. Ball turn into a turd.
Lane #1 Gold Nugget - it was a okay ball but it left 10 pins like crazy.
Black Widow Pearl - Love the BWS, but this ball didnt match up for me.
Ebonite NVD - Love the reaction at the Demo Day, got it drill exactly like the demo ball and then just a big let down. Trade it for a Hyroad.
Black Widow Bite - Avg 232 for the entire summer league with this ball. It slowly lost it reaction and then suddenly it crack all the way down in room temperature. WTF!!!

Ive name about 3 hammer balls not including the toxic and anger but i dont match up well with the raw hammer line.
YET I LOVE HAMMER PRODUCTS. BWS, HSP, Cherry Vibe Rayzr!!!

Track Champ. Could not figure that ball out. I tried just about everything except redrilling it.

Although I don't recall anyone mentioning this ball, and I still to this day cannot believe it:  The Ultimate Inferno.

I was on Storm staff for a few years.  When I got off staff, I had to have this ball.  I had sold many of these balls, customers loved them.  Dull, shiny, hole, no hole, didn't matter, can't miss.

I drilled not one, not two, but three of these balls.  Plugged all three of them, and drilled them again.  All my favorite layouts and then some.  I can say I have never been so disappointed with a bowling ball in my life.

Loved the Inferno, Raging Inferno, Blazing Inferno, Absolute Inferno, Total was okay, Scorchin, Smokin, Radical, all of 'em, even the crappy ones were right at home in my bags.  I drilled multiple Ultimates for multiple players, and they loved that ball.  It was a great ball, but man, not for me.

I am disappointed with plenty of bowling balls that I have bought. I am not a great bowler, but I average between 205-215 wherever I go.

First, the Insite Revelation was a big piece of garbage. The ball lasted 12 games and does absolutely nothing now. Shot 4 700+ series with it in those 4 sessions. Luckily I bought it when Insite was selling them for only $90 instead of the original $160 otherwise, I would really be kicking myself.

Second, the Brunswick Mammoth. Again, I got this from a pro shop on a close out deal and it was a blem so the ball is baby blue with orange and white streaks (it looks awesome). I have never rolled a complete game with this ball because it frustrates me so much. I am bowling on shark this week and if this ball rolls out on me on this pattern I am dumping it.

Third, the Lane #1 G-Force. This ball was the most absolute piece of garbage I have ever thrown. Ball hit like a marshmellow, would constantly go through the headpin regardless of how far out I put it. It would never crossover which made it even worse. Luckily Lane #1 is somewhat redeemed by the Tsunami because I love that ball. I think if I took a dump in my hand and threw it down the lane it would perform better than the G-Force.

Other equipment I didnt like: Ebonite Gamebreaker (rolled well with it, but didn't fit my game and didnt feel right to me), Brunswick Command Zone (it's Brunswick, enough said)

Just to spice it up.....

Favorite equipment: Columbia 300 Action Attack, Nu-Line Gauntlet, Hammer No Mercy, AMF The Heist, Ebonite Turbo-X (best Ebo ball EVER), Columbia 300 Rock Star, Columbia Renegade Ti (wish I could find a BNIB 15# if you know of any, MESSAGE ME ASAP), Track Equation 2

I cannot believe I am the only one to post the twisted fury. This was the worse piece of poop ever. The over under on it cannot be duplicated.
