Whatever Happened To ...?

Just reading an article in the news and saw a name I recognized from this site but upon some quick research, it was not the same person.  So that got me to wondering what happened to some of the posters from this site who have not posted lately?

Feel free to add names.

Whatever happened to Doug Sterner?  He used to run a proshop in NY I believe, and used to sell here.  Last posted in 2016.

He moved his business to facebook. Doug's Pro Shop and you will find him.

Remember when there used to be new posts to read all the time? Or when people would buy/sell/trade bowling equipment on here?

Yes.  And yes, I did quite a few buys on here.

A lot of those have probably moved over to Facebook but I don't do that or Twitter so I guess I am missing out.

103 balls total. Mostly new, but a few used ones.

Less so since Covid started, but I still see Ron from time to time. He still does clinics as well.

Sold on ebay mostly. Some sold because of ebay, meaning people recognized my screen name and emailed me directly

Ebay sucks. Between their fees and PayPal fees you kinda take a beating. But I'm retiring soon to Portugal and no interested in shipping a bunch of bowling balls
