Currently, I haven't seen any but the old AMF XS was white(off white) and you may still be able to find some floating around ebay once in a while...good luck.

The only pure white balls I have ever seen were in reality not pure white at all.  The late Craig Hoyle was working at one time on resurfacing old balls with a new urethane coating.  The natural state of the coating was white.  The ball picked up every bit of dirt on the lane and became ugly very quickly.  Craig invented many of the things used in pro shops today but never patented them.  The white balls were just one of the many ideas he had that have led to ball resurfacing and conditioning today.

I guess ball companies don't want to release a ball color that will show every bit of oil and grime from the lane.

I loved the eyeball:

The golf ball is probably the most recent white ball:

Cal bowling also made a golf ball...but it's the same basic thing.

The original test ball for the Columbia Icon was White.  They opted to go with the sky Blue/purple combo on the release though.
