Who do you want to see on The Show?

I've been thinking about this recently since watching the first few shows.  I know we all loved to see Smith rip the lane on the first show, and i'm pretty sure no one was too thrilled watching Scroggins.  A lot of big name guys haven't really made too much noise, i.e. walter ray and weber.  So if you could have your choice on who makes the show, who would it be?

My choices are:

1. Amletto (my idol growing up)
2. Michael Fagan (been close to making a show and throws it great, and now he's on Brunswick staff)
3. Chris Barnes
4. Robert Smith
5. Blaise Bedolla (he's got cool glasses)

 It would be great for Blaise Bedolla to make the show. He throws the ball so good, he deserves to make a show. I wanna see him bowl Chris Johnson. I think that would be one hell of a match. And I don't know why Jason Williams isn't making the finals, Every other week he is in the top 15, then he drops like 30 spots. It shouldn't be long before he makes a show either. But to win a show this year out of the northwest, I think Bryon Smith has the best shot!!

hmm...lessee here...let's start with

Big Wes (Malott) going up against DJ (Archer)

Winner of that one takes on CJ (Chris Johnson)

other match ought to be F-bomb Baldo (Ballard) against Smurf (those in the SW known who I mean )  although if you want to limit it only to those currently out there, let's put Scrogs in place of Smurf

finals match would be sure to be umm...interesting

Oh...and they need to figure out some way to get Phil Ringener in to do color commentary.

2) norm duke

Brad Angelo, Tommy Jones, Tommy Delutz, Mike Haugen, and Chris Johnson.  Out of these guys, Delutz is the most experienced, but that's the beauty of it.  I'd like to see a bunch of "rookies" to the show take on each other and see how it turns out.

I was bowling one of the higher average scratch bowlers in league a month or so ago who bowls with average speed and maybe 5 revs from 1st arrow.  On one shot, he left a 9 pin.  Walking back, he frowned and said, "Nobody that throws a fag ball should leave that pin."

Well I'll give up another vote for Blaise Bedolla, gotta soft spot the boys from the Northwest.

Gotta throw in Robert Smith

And I'm a big Brad Angelo fan now too, so gotta put him in there.

Chris Barnes, whose armswing and release I drool over.

And Patrick Allen, that guy is just cool.

Honorable mentions to Tim Mack, Jason Couch, and Steve Hoskins. Gotta love those power players

Attn. Sipes, Williams is a hack, the guy didn't even make the cut at the M.V. Open up here for God's sake!  All joking aside, he's at a wall and he'll become a regular on the show someday.

Nice to see Brad Angelo is picking up some fans from outside Western NY, he is indeed a fine bowler, and excellent with youth bowlers.
Another one you may enjoy from our area if he can break through would be Joe Ciccone, another class act.

why are people fans of certain PBA bowlers?
Are they personal friends?
Do they think they bowl like these PBA bowlers do?

While I have favorites also, I'd like to see

- good bowlers bowl.
- the people who make the best shots and who make the best adjustments score the best and win.

I do not want to see
- the luckiest bowlers win.
- I do not wnat to hear the BS that the best bowlers are the luckiest ones.
- the nastiest bowlers win.

One can be jubilant, one can be happy, one can be exuberant without being in the other bowler's face. Strikes are all you need to "get in another bowler's face". If you need to try to get physically in another bowler's face to win, you've already publicly admitted you are not as good as he is.
