Who else heard Ron?
« on: November 27, 2007, 08:01:28 AM »
Well, the show just ended and contrary to what the Phantom proclaims, that had to be the fastest half hour in all of sports.  Ron did an excellent job and I was very pleased  at how the program went.  You can catch it, if you missed it, later in the week on www.gobowlingshow.com    Who else heard it now, and what did you think?

Wow thanks Kev!
That was my first radio show and I had no idea how it went off. I know in some situations like that my brain goes faster than my mouth so I am not sure sometimes what comes out. LOL
I do fine usually in front of people (bowlers anyway) but that was different.

Thanks again for the set up.
Ken called after the show and said he would like to have me on again. that we only just scratched the surface. He is right, there are just SOOOO many topics that can be discussed.

Bowl great!
Ron Clifton

Ron, you're more than welcome.  I hope it was as much fun for you to do as it was for me to listen. Ken and Dave can be a little slow on the uptake sometimes, (witness your "multifunctional bowler's aid"; I think that took a couple of seconds to sink in) but they are nice people and truly love the sport.

Yes, there's lots of ground to cover, and you'll make an excellent repeat guest.  I did show Ken the carpets when we met him in Oct., but it must not have sunk in.  I hope you won't be too badly inundated with free sample requests.  Anyway, again, excellent appearance, and I'm looking forward to your next one.

Who knows, maybe they'll show up at the Gathering next year, instead of just sending prizes. Later!

I just stopped by the show's website and Ken has posted the show already.  That was unbelievably quick, but it's there.  I probably won't get to review it any faster than normal, but anybody that missed it can check it out at their leisure.

I have Carpets in all of my equipment and I think they're great.  I warned him he might get inundated for samples, but once you try it I think you'll buy more.
