Who is pouring what these days ??

I know there have been topics on this before, but without a scorecard its hard to keep track of things.

I know Ebonite Hammer Columbia and Track are all 1 company.  Roto Grip and Storm are another.

Who pours (or is linked at this point in time to each other) ??

I would be hesitant to make a blanket statement about those overseas companies.  I don't think they have any loyalty or requirements to stick with one manufacturer.

I have a ball from US Act that I was told was poured by 900Global.  The box, label, and drill sheet appear to be from AMF/900G.

I haven't been able to find any information about the overseas companies like US Act and Revolution, but if anybody has anything, please share!

Is that an Astro?  Mine looked like it was from Brunswick. . .

US Act has had balls poured by 900 Global, though I don't remember the names off the top of my head I know there is atleast one. If memory serves me correct, Brunswick has poured some US Act balls as well, I know the Regulus Rosso was a US Act ball believe there is a few others as well. I don't think they have any deals inked with any one manufacturer in general. They probably just call around to get the best price and go with who ever will help them out.

Not the same thing. Legends is the premium line of balls Lanemasters produces, but they are still Lanemaster balls. I think the correct analogy for Lanemasters products would be the Crown, Shield etc lines in Rotogrip products. Lanemasters has Legends, Max Performance, High Performance and Plus Performance lines. But only the Legends line is labeled accordingly.

They've sort of shifted things around in the recent past.
They used to have 2 SEPARATE lines of balls: Legends and Lanemasters. Legends was not JUST an upper line like the Crown. It was more like Quantum and Brunswick used to be. They were more expensive and they came with special additions and different box, etc.

Tech-Line is the name of the company, like Lanemasters is. Motiv is the name of their bowling ball line. Like Legends used to be. At one point in time, they only had Legends balls. As I said, things have changed.

Nope, it''s an Integral Starter.  It''s asymmetric, but I have no idea about the shape or actual numbers.  I bought it from tekneek a while back.  I asked him if you had any info and he told me it was a 900G pour with a "knock off" core, and gave me some estimated numbers.

Using a "knock off" core, I thought that maybe they supply their own cores, but I noticed Buddie''s has 2 balls from US Act that were produced by Ebonite and they appear to use the core from the NV series, so I''m not sure.

I don''t think that is correct. Lane Masters originally produced a line of balls that carried the AZO label. I still see them from time to time.

The Extreme Impact was produced in 2002 and was the first ball made by the company that wasn''t an AZO ball. That ball was a Lane Masters ball as it says right on the cover.

The Legends line did not begin until 2004 with the release of the New Standard, Big Kahuna, Yea Baby and I think the Satisfaxion.

Originally, Legends was the brand name of the lane maintenance products the company produces that transferred over to the ball line as the premium brand.

Not to be too blunt about this charlest, but you are incorrect. I know you''re not used to having anyone here tell you that, but it''s a fact. There was the Impact series that was produced in 2002, while the AZO line ended in 2003 I think. The first Legends balls did not come out until 2004.

Even if the Impact series was the "rebranding" of the AZ0 line, there was at least three balls in 2003, The Answer, Perfection Particle and Perfection Reactive. These were all Lanemasters balls.
