Wow is all I can say.

Well Thursday was a strange night for bowling indeed. Neither team could do anything correct, lanes were their usual, nothing out of the ordinary until  we started league play. You would think it was a bunch of bump n bowl kids out their. These scores were to terrible to behold. Keep in mind this is a Scratch League with 5 man teams these are some of the numbers that were shot on my pair between my team and our opponents.

Scores went through the... floor, One the guys that bowls with me averages about 220-225 in this house shot a 110 the first game with 8 straight opens to start the night. My team still ended up winning the game 835 to 801 and took 3 of 5 individual points. After the first game we had 35 opens between two teams!

Game two I thought it would be get a little better but it just got worse, We won this one 896 to about 830 something and 3 of 5 again but we 66 opens by the end of the game Also had two balls thrown in the gutter on the first shot which is rare.

Game Three was a little better our 3rd spot bowler started off with 7 straight opens finishing with 125. I punched the 7,8,9 and the first two in the tenth to save a 580 set the highest on the team and second on the pair (sorry for the FIGJAM) dont remember the final scores for the game but it was no good at all.

When we were done we were shocked and amazed for the series, we had about 2750 over 300 under average. opposing team had under 2650 85 opens for ten bowlers across three games, high individual set on the pair under 600, 4 shots thrown in gutter.

I think this might be the craziest thing I have ever been part of as far as bowling is concerned.
