wrist pain

it occurred after the 6th/7th game
when i want to hold a cupped wrist.
feel pain after push away.force me to uncup the wrist.

is that a ball fitting problem or something else.?

Has this happened before?  Too difficult to tell whether its span or pitches related but basically (sorry) you should stop trying to do it and seek a physician's advice first.  May have been building up to this...

This has happened to me when I was bowling a ton of games each week 50+ with a 16lb ball.  I gave my wrist some rest.  Also, I dropped from a 16lb ball down to a 15lb ball.  Now, I haven't had the problem.  I cup my wrist a lot so this was a problem I'm glad is now solved.
