Wt blocks in lighter wt balls
« on: September 11, 2012, 02:41:26 AM »
What balls are out there that have the lightest wt ball with a full size wt block? I know several balls go down to 13# but do any go any lighter with a full size block for that particular ball ? LMK

I don't believe there are any that use a full size weight block in under 13#

I think I read on this site one time that Motiv balls have a full size core in the lower weights.

Brunswick Karma has the same shape weight block down to 12lb. The rg's are higher, but the diff. are all the same! The asymmetrical cored balls, the 13 and 12lb balls are not the same cores. The are asymmetrical, but are milder numbers and it's more the core shape of the Vapor Zone look!

I know that Morich and Motiv use the same cores in their 12-13 lbs balls that are used in their 14-16lbs.balls.
The more I practice,the luckier I get.

I may be wrong but I remember talking with a storm rep. im pretty sure that they and probaboly a few others use the same weight blocks they use a lighter weighted filling material between the cover and block itself. Other companies ive been told use a lighter material to make their core, or a modified core
