Well, here goes: my first-ever ball review (more a mini-review for now).
I just had my Solid LevRG drilled up using the "Control" layout found on the drill sheet in the box. What I was looking for was a "arc-type roll" to compliment my LevRG and N'Sane LevRG. And the Solid with the Control drill is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent length through the heads, smooth move on the dry and great, archy continuation with very nice hit in the pins. Took out the corner (7 pin) with ease. First impression was "wow, just what the doctor ordered." I think it's safe to say that bowlers like me: slower speed and slightly rev dominant will get more than their money's worth with this gem. Just as advertised by MoRich.

This ball is easily the most versatile ball I have. I had it laid out for the cheetah pattern with more backend than my Liberator. Dual Angle is 70x5x50 with the pin in the ring finger. Got what I needed. Ball goes long and is archy on the backend, which is what you need, something not snappy. Hits like any other Morich ball, with unlimited power. I like this better than my 'Nsane which I can use on the cheetah, but is too skid snappy unless I take a lot of hand out. Anyway, the ball does as intended. Go get one.

I had this ball drilled up for maximum hook, knowing that the tamer cover stock would control some of the over under type of reaction that can be caused with aggressive cover / aggressive drilling can create.

The solid leverage does exactly what Mo set out for it. this is simply the most controllable ball I have in my arsenal and it is the first ball out of my bag each game. So far I have shot a high series of 693 with this ball and a best game of the season so far 266. I had trouble playing a bit too far left with my feet initially for this ball at first, but once I got my feet aligned and started bumping the ball off the dry outside boards it sets up in the pocket nice and carries like a beast.

I do have trouble with carry if the ball is tugged inside my target and this cover stock is a bit speed sensitive but for me I have not played with the out of box finish because I want a ball that is very readable reaction wise.

This ball allows me to gauge instantly if the lanes are starting to transition either through early snap - in these cases I have to move inside and chase the oil or change to my Awesome revs which set up to play inside lines better or in some case where I have a lot of house ball users on the same pair I need to chase the dry outside due to oil carry down.

The best trait of this ball is it's readability, I know if the bad shot was my fault (poor placement or finish) or if the shot failed because of changing lanes conditions. Truth is I hardly have to move my feet at all each league night unless we have some more competent bowlers on our pair with us.

A good ball - explosive power - especially off the dry boards and great control - This is not a ball for oil unless you are rev dominant and have slower ball speeds.

Well this is my second review of the Solid Leverage and just as Mo states this will be the first ball out of your bag on house conditions. My House (Harvest Park in Brentwood, CA) Uses the new Kegel Lanewalker machine. House Shot has been either Main Street# 7240 or Wall Street #7240 most weeks. We had Easy Street # 7938 for one week but scores were so high the needed to add back the extra one to two feet of oil.

My solid Leverage is drilled using Mo's suggested Leverage pattern.

After a good two week break during the holidays not picking up the ball I bowled in my Wednesday and Thursday night leagues.

Wed Night:
288 - First 10 pushed the 11 th shot too far right
215 - clean game only one double
204 - one open 4-7 - 10 split.
707 series.

Lanes transitioned after the first game and I did not execute good shots consistently in the remaining two games. Ball Hit hard and had many shots where headpin was flying along the back row to clean up anything that might be left. Even had a couple shots where the head pin ended up as deadwood beyond the rake.

Thursday night:
247 - No more the four in a row clean game
289 - First 10 again pushed ball 11 right slightly - left the 2 pin on a very light hit.
233 - no opens and only four strikes in a row again.
768 series - best of the winter season.

This ball simply has a great read on the lanes and delivers great power to the pins.
It is my first ball out of the bag each night and on most nights is the only ball I need at my home house.

I am very pleased with this ball in both motion and power to the pins.

all over i do not like the ball unless you tend to throw it straighter. if you get to deep on the lane the ball will not carry the 10 correctly i would recommend this ball for any one with a low rev rate or who throws the ball really hard and straight!

SOLID LevRG

90 x 2 3/4 x 35 - (p2 hole - Cover 1000

I use this ball when the lanes are fried. I throw the ball pretty hard with decent revs and this keeps me around the 2nd arrow on a fried house pattern. I have no problem carrying with this ball on the right conditions. It is extremely smooth with the above mentioned drilling. It is designed to be a house shot type ball, however I find drilling makes a lot of difference. My MOjave hooks quite a bit more and is snappier the my Solid.

Layout 60x3.5x40 pin/cg 2". OOB cover stock.

This ball is very strong on a dry back end. I need a longer pattern or carry down to see the best angle to the pocket. This ball reads very fast once it finds dry. Because I drilled it to move very strong after the break ths tends to start the ball's hook to early on the lanes. I end up going flush on the head pin far too often

I polished the ball to see if a delayed jump after the break can hit the pocket within error room. My only other guess is going really deep and staying inside the track may add some distance before the snap.

I love solid color bowling balls. This is was my first morich ball of a couple they all seem to be smaller diameter than bowling balls of other manufactures. I really don't like the made in mexico but that's up to brunswick to decide.
