This ball likes to bite and grab, not losing any momentum into the pocket, that is if you can keep it on the right side of the head pin.  I soon found out that this ball was too much ball with the out of the box finish, so went into the pro shop and polished it up a bit, and back to the lanes.  This ball has definantly impressed me on hook potential, and my track flares on this ball more than any other ball I've owned.  After polishing it, it took the edge off the ball and got me hitting the pocket consistently, and finally carrying those pesky 9's I was leaving before polish.  

If you've thrown the Ultimate Inferno my Brunswick, or have seen someone throw it, that is a good comparison, however I would have to give the Annihilation the award for Most Hook.  

Overall, good ball out of the box if you are looking at a lake in front of you...  You would need some serious oil to get it through the heads, polished, makes this ball a good league ball.  You would be able to get through 3 games without having to go to something less aggressive..

I have been working with Mo Pinel since the making of the ball hercules. I must give Mo all the credit in the world that this ball is going to go over very big. I have drilled every ball since the hercules and must say that this is the strongest rolling and hitting ball that Mo has ever designed. If the ball is layed out correctly, i must say that it will be the first ball out of ur bag and probally the last one to go back at the end of the night. Thanks to Mo for another great ball and keep them coming...

I bought a Total Annihilation about 2 months ago.  I used it along with other balls for the first month and then used it exclusively for the last month.  My average went from 192 to 204.  Last Monday night I threw a 300 game with it.  It has a great backend.  Sometimes too great as it will leave the 4-9 split.  We have synthetic lanes but I don't know the oil pattern.  I play down the seven board and am a oll roller with pretty high ball speed.  I am really wondering how it will work at the nationals with the oily outsides?

I OWN TWO T/A ONE DULLED WITH 1200 GRIT AND ONE POLISHED. BOTH BALLS GET DOWN THE LANE WELL AND FINISH STRONG. I HAVE BECOME A BIG MORICH FAN AND THE T/A IS ONE OF THE BEST BALLS I HAVE EVER ROLLED.

Very good and controllable ball reaction with good carry, but expires sooner than other particle shell balls.

I bought the TA to supplement an aging MoRich Mayhem, which I was very successful with.  The TA goes longer than the Mayhem, but reads the back end well.  Overall hook is a few boards more than the Mayhem.  The TA did not carry well for about the first ten games, but after that, carry was very good.  You can make all the textbook adjustments with this ball, and the reaction will be exactly what you would expect.  This ball even reacted well with a good amount of carrydown, which was a pleasant surprise.  Another nice feature was that the ball did not "settle down" after a few games.  It hooked just as much in game 100 as it did in game one.  I had at least ( games over 270 with this ball, the best of which was 290.  However, it is the controllable reaction of the ball, not the scores it produced, that made me very comfortable and confident throwing it.

The only gripe I have about the TA is its durability.  I bowl 2 1/2 leagues per week.  The TA nearly completely lost its reaction after about 125 games.  It was almost overnight.  I had the ball resurfaced and rejuvenated (which was very successful with the Mayhem).  The TA was back to its old self for about six games, and then the reaction was gone once again.  I will admit that I was disappointed that a $180 ball lasted me barely half the bowling season.  Other particle balls in my arsenal (Track Freak, MoRich Mayhem, Brunswick Purple Monster) lasted much, much longer than the TA.  However, the TA was great while it lasted.

The third ball i have purchased from morich.  Probably the biggest motor ball in the line.  Simply due to the amount of backend and length of the ball.  I used this ball whenever I have to swing the lanes and that there is not a chance for my wmb;s.  I used this ball at nationals for about 2 games after that the lanes opened up enought to use other equipment.  I think the ball overall goes through the fronts clean and regularly needs to be polished.  That is to keep the ball from jumping to soon which I have noticed it to do.
