Ravage VS Dirty Bomb
« on: November 30, 2004, 12:00:55 PM »
Requesting your input on this comparison.

Between the Ravage and the Lane#1 Dirty Bomb, which coverstock or overall ball would be better for oiler conditions? Both with the coverstocks with the out of box surfaces.

Thank you

Ravage = Solid coverstock, Dirty Bomb = Pearl.  Solid = more oil capabilitys.

Thanks for sharing the wisdom.
I already have the TA, Mayhem, WMB and the Uranium solid. I was just trying to settle a dispute between some friends. I also have a Ravage and Dirty Bomb and the Dirty Bomb seems to handle the oil (or carrydown) a little better than the Ravage. Not sure if its the cover or core that makes the difference. I have them both layed out the same.

Thanks again!

The Ravage is most certainly not a pearl ball it is simply polished Solid PK18 it may look pearl because of the polish but thats it.
