Are these balls good compliments to eachother, or are they too similar?

Thanks!!!

I had both. The S&A is longer and covers more boards overall. The S&A has more backend. The WMB is better for more oil and is a much more predictable rolling ball. The WMB, for me, could not be played inside of 3rd arrow, it just wouldn't cover the boards, yet the hitting power was unbelievable if you stay outside. This seems to be classic with particle balls. I had both bowling balls drilled exactly the same way.

Can either handle medium oil? Or do they both need oil to be effective.

I could use the S&A on medium oil, heavier oil became too much for it though. I could use the WMB on anything except drier conditions (heavy and medium). Any other questions please feel free to send PM's

With the drillings I used the WMB was way sooner and cover a couple more boards with S&A going longer and snapping harder at the end of the lane.

WMB specs like this: Pin next to fingers mass bias out about 3 inches
S&A specs: Pin over Bridge mass bias out 1 inch

IMO they would be a great one two punch, WMB for the juice at the begininng of the night and S&A later when they dry up a little.

I have had two WMB's and I absolutely love the way it reads the midlane. I have never thrown a ball that reads it that well. Mine aren't drilled to handle the heavy, but rather as a go to ball on a medium condition. I have a rough buff finish on the one I currently throw. Best carry of any ball I have thrown. Unfortunately I haven't thrown the Shock and Awe as a comparison. I just know that you can't go wrong with the WMB.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Scott
