Michigan Tuesday Night Sweeper!

Any of you guys in the oakland county area?

Late night sweeper, Airway Lanes in Waterford, 2 games to qualify, 16 advance to match play.

Edit: 3/5/2008: Rates have been raised from $15 to $20 bux! Small increase but it goes into the prize fund, 3rd and 4th will still receive DOUBLE their money back!

As of late the cut has been around 410-426, not to rough.

Come out to BOOOOOOWWWWWWWWL!!! I'll be there chucking the rock!

We need more BR BOWLERS!!!!!!! Scared money don't make money people!!!!!

Edit 3/13/2008: After the first week or rate increase there were 41 PEOPLE!!!The only thing that suffered was jackpots, less than 20 people got in that.FIRST PLACE PAID 350!!!!

They used to be wood...so 10 years ago they would have been.  Now they are synthetic, but still have the wood approaches.

You should come out sometime.  You know there will be at least two of us...so yea man...join us.

$20 a week now...$6 for jackpots....($3 a game)  Starts around 10ish....it's good times...

Well trust me when I say anyone can win this thing.  I'm not sure what league you're on at Sunnybrook, some of the leagues are easy as pie...others aren't.  Airway puts down a huge wall.  The only issue is we bowl on lanes used by women with plastic before.  If you can play pretty straight, or able to play a small swing from like 10-5 or so, you'd be fine.

We are getting about 30 guys a week.  Top 16 make it.  I've bowled three weeks in a row...the cut has been 420, 442, 423.  I shot 434, 445, 429  Finished 2nd in the first one after starting qualifying with a 157 (277 2nd game)..so anything is possible.

It's fun....come on out...look for me..I'll have on a white Lions cap...I'll buy you a beer...

Mannnnn i don't wanna hear that, i average UNDER 180!!!!! My average there is like 220ish. Its real easy if you can adjust, play straight and enjoy competition. It is deff a good time.

Look for me too, i'm easy to find, i'm the only Mexican in the building.

It is good odds, typically 30ish people, 440 will easily get you to the cut. Then onnnn to math play.

Adam you're killing me lol.  If you end at around 10....from Troy..yea it might be a tight squeeze.  Well..if you're in Troy you're either at Bowl One, Troy Lanes or Thunderbird....there are 75 ramps near each one, but still....that would be cutting it close.

Just hop on m-59 and your there yo. It normally starts after the Tuesday night league there. I never looks to see what time it is when we actually start.

Shouldn't be to bad, i know a few people head down this way from Classic Lanes, Crooks and M-59 and they get there semi-early 10-15 min before practice starts. I'm sure we can tell Art at the counter we are waiting for someone. I know i had to wait on a guy one time, he got there after practice everyone knew he was coming down. Shouldn't be a problem yo!

If you wanna exchange numbers and call/text one of us to let us know if your coming for sure we could get them to wait for you. Practice is like 10-15 min.
