I am having an 8 game marathon at Brunswick Perry Hall Lanes on the 4th of July. This is another pattern I am considering for the B/W Summer Scratch Classic. Here are the marathon details:

Starting time - 10am (Check-in starts at 9am)
Entry fee: $80 ($60 prize fund, $16 lineage, $4 expense)
Cash ratio - 1:5
Format: 8 games across 16 lanes, total wood.
Brackets: 3 sets (Games 2-4, 4-6, 6-8) $5/ea
Pots: $30 (Covers all 8 games)
WTA Pot: $5 (Game
Survival Boards: $10/ea (Games 2-4, 4-6, 6-8)

Here is a description from Kegel about the pattern that will be down on July 4th.

"This 41 foot pattern will usually play where the most worn or highest friction part of the lane surface is. This is usually between boards 13 to 8. The players who excel in reading their ball motion and adjust accordingly will make this pattern look relatively easy."
