In response to thumpa:

This person did pay promptly and upgraded shipping.  We have been having
an issue with International shipping (with new people helping out) with
missing documentation, etc, that has been causing delays, etc.   On this
particular order I personally just simply dropped the ball on it and
refunded the purchase/shipping price.   An error on my part which isnt
acceptable but will take fully responsibility on.

Joe's pretty good, and very willing to work with you if there's a problem.  I talked to him on the phone several times when he thought he was actually out of stock on a ball I ordered, trying to find a suitable replacement.  With his prices, you'd think service would suck, but he really does work hard to make everyone happy.

My experience is that Joe is honest and honerable.  He is truly a great person to deal with.  If there is a problem he will do everything  necessary, to correct it.

I have six bowling balls from ASB.  All have been drilled exactly as I requested.  His thumb molds are second to none when it comes to duplicating a grip.  I feel a bit guilty not buying locally, but no one locally can duplicate the thumb hole like ASB does.  Excellent person to deal with.

There IS NOT a better place to buy from.  Joe goes out of his way to get things out quickly and communicates great.  And his prices are the best to boot.
