Well, I know the majority of users on this site have had great success with this user. However, at this point, I cant' say the same. We originated a deal on July 23, and to this date the contact has been poor at best. I have tried aol, this site, and telephone, and it takes forever to get a response. I even left him my number to call me and no call. He has some good prices but I really am starting to think I am better with my many other well known users on this site. He has 2 of my balls that he purchased and was going to credit me towards a ball but I think it best at this point if he just send me the money. I hope others don't go through this!!!

The biggest issue for me is I never expected this volume of business online
so quickly and didnt have a system in place to efficiently deal with it all.
I finally have something in place and everything is starting to move smoothly
now.  Hopefully all the kinks will be worked out in the next week and all
will be good.    It doesnt help that my main shop is torn apart now as the
bowling alley is giving us more space to help accomodate the sheer amount
of inventory I have now (nearly 700 balls, hundreds of shoes and 200 bags).

Im gonna buy a pair of shoes off of him......Im not gonna get them for awhile I dont think ill add to Joes distress....I will get them later (asusming nonoe else has nabbed them)

I understand and agree with you Six. I am not downing him by any means or saying not to buy from him. I just assume that I am one of the few that was "neglected" as you say. Joe seems like a nice guy and I know he has done right by others on here and that is a great thing. He has offered to resolve the issue. I am not asking for a NIB ball but we have worked out a little off of a NIB one. I am a fair guy and try to be fair to him also. I am going to delete this topic this afternoon when we conclude our telephone communication but I thought it right to post an update of the situation as of this point. Joe seems like a nice man who just got overwhelmed and I have taken that into consideration. Thanks guys!!
