I am not associated with All Star Bowling, but have dealt with them on various occasions.  The time it takes to fill an order has increased, but I have received everything I have ever ordered.  They appear to be very busy, but have taken the time to contact me if they had a question about a layout.

I've sent Joe a message and haven't heard back from him and he told me last week that my ball is being sent out last Monday. Well, here it is Sunday and I still haven't received it. I bought it from Ebay and I guess I'll have to leave negative feedback and turn it over to Ebay! I know you guys said not to buy from him, but I've bought from him before with success, but not this time! I don't have a problem with the time issue, just the no response issue! Thanks, Bruce

Emailing generally doesn't work with ASB.  Call Joe.  That usually gets things done.  A number of people on this site could supply you with his cell #.  I've purchased quite a number of balls from Joe.  His work is excellent.  He has never failed to deliver a product to me, but trying to communicate via email is extremely frustrating as they generally don't seem to read or respond to email messages.  Good luck.

A long history of unresponsiveness reported by members of this site.  It
is better not to deal with him--there are much more reliable shops.

Could someone supply me with ASB Joe's cell number. I sent him a message and he said he would look up my order and get back to me but that was a week a go and I haven't heard from him since.

Try allstarbowling on aol messenger, he will still probably not answer like me the last 3 times but maybe he will hahhaa

I used to be a big fan of his shop, now i am unimpressed like most everyone else. He has always shipped me the stuff fairly quick, but i find that local is just plain better unless he has an auction going for nothing.
