ASB shipping?

I ordered some inserts from ASB last Saturday, and according to the Paypal provided tracking number they have not been sent out yet.  I ordered a ball a couple of months ago and it took 24 days to get it.  Is this normal for ASB to be slow on shipping?

It is not typical for orders to take this long.  I will check tomorrow
and see what the issue with the grips.
