WOW!
thats all i can say...
i ordered a Custom Mold Kit on Dec 3rd.
Yesterday december9th i received it ... Im in Az so it was a great delivery time in ups.
Well when i received my mold kit i started to do step by step the mold, but for some reason the mold never cured(silicone+catalyst) and a mess started inside my favorite thumb(full of semi-hardened silicone).
well what i did was send a mail to chad... and in about 5 minutes he contact me saying that theyre where going to contact the manufacturer and have them send me out a new
kit.
ALL I CAN SAY AGAIN IS WOW...
BTW I THINK THAT THEY SEND ME MORE SILICONE FOR THE MOLD(because it was supposed to be for one mold and easily with that amount they send me i was capable of doing at least one and a half) and the catalyst was insufficient to the mix.(also i was patient i wait 4 hrs plus of the time the instructions said-12hrs instead of 8)

They got some good guys over at Buddies.  Although most of the time I take the drive up there to the actual shop, its nice to have that convenience of shipping when I'm lazy to take the 2 hr drive.
