I bought a pair of ABS shoes from them and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Great service and timely---would buy from them again!!!!!!!!!

With their previous flat rate shipping, unless you lived within a few states of their home, Connecticut, that flat rate of $10 was like taking off another $5-10 from the price of each ball. They already have one of the cheapest, if not THE cheapest prices anywhere. Their service is unparalled and they will make you happy, UNLESS you choose not to be.

I just ordered from them recently. When you get ready to check out, you enter your zip code and they calculate the shipping. The site showed me the amount before I clicked "checkout", and my credit card matched what they quoted. Always take shipping into consideration when calculating total price, but Buddies doesn't hide their shipping costs. Places that offer "free" or flat rate shipping just roll that cost into their prices.

Yes we did raise the rates on shipping from the flate $10 rate. That happened about a year ago. This was because we were getting hammered on orders outside our area. Now all shipping is based out of CT using UPS system. So we do not set the prices for shipping these are set by UPS. Somehow changing the pricing has not stopped business but helped it increase greatly. Because now when you buy multiple items it is not $10 per item, it may work out to a lot less depending on where you live. The new site is great because all you need to do is put the items into the shopping cart and then click "enter location" next to shipping in the cart and the site will tell you how much shipping wil be.

Also, we have learned one big thing in this business and being on the NET. You can't make everyone happy. But we try.

To be correct on this your next childs name needs to be BuddiesProShop.com. Don't short change the kid and its name. I expect a copy of the birth certificate upon arrival.
