She just drilled my Big Bang, World Class, and The Buzz for me; she had a ball that I sent her and my current drill specs, and she nailed my "grip" !!!
 I worked with her (she even called me at home), her husband Pat, and Galen at Legends, and we worked together and got me outfitted with three new balls from the "L/L' line to upgrade my arsenal.
 Many thanx to all three of them for their help and a job well done !!!

Man, I LOVE this game; and I love it even more now that I'm using LEGENDS/LaneMasters balls ... hard-hitting, TOP-NOTCH balls !!!

It's good to get some positive feedback about that site.  I haven't heard anything bad, but then I haven't heard much of anything at all about that site.  They have an interesting assortment of discontinued balls available there, including the Sapphire and Danger Zones.

If you are in touch with them again, try suggesting that they establish a bit of a posting presence here.  That would almost certainly help them build the business.

Pat Duggan of BowlingBallMall does read ballrviews.com. Anne Marie is on Legends/Lanemasters staff, which I didn't know.  Pat and Anne Marie, of course, are very knowledgable about Lanemasters balls and the company, and they are great all-around bowling people. Pat and I talked for a few hours, mostly about their balls. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I will definately agree on this.  Pat has given me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten bowling related or not.  He calls me to let me know that my items are shipped, or what he has in stock...just an all around class act.  I am actually looking into letting Ann Marie drill my stuff as well, so then I can just order from them, have them punch it up...and i'll be all set.

I would definately check out the website. www.bowlingballmall.com  it's worth it!

I spoke to Pat yesterday afternoon ... and I agreed with a PM that "da Shiv" sent me about having Pat establish more of a "presence" in here (IE - posting specials that they are running at BowlingBallMall.com, etc).
 Anyway, I called to thanx both he and Anne-Marie for thier efforts and to let him know that a few of the roomies have posts for their pro shops and that they MAY want to think about it too !!!

Just a followup on my post; I got a call from Pat Duggan yesterday and he was checking with me to see if the drilling on the three new Legends/LaneMasters balls (that I purchased from them and had drilled by them) were to my satisfaction, and also how the layouts were working for me; he and Anne-Marie worked with Galen and I to decide upon the best and most versatile layouts.
 Mission accomplished !!! Great service ... how many places actually call ytou and follow up after they have you money ??? My thanx to Anne-Marie and Pat !!!

Robb,
  After reading your post, I checked out there site but didn't see anything about drilling options.  Is this something you have to work out with them over the phone or through email?  How much do they charge for drilling?
