Buddies.  I've recently ordered from ASB and from another post here, it seems like he may be getting a little backed up.  My order has taken a while, going on a week and a half.  Joe's taken good care of me, and I've talked to him a few times trying to get everything sorted out.  It's not 100% resolved (I don't have the ball yet), but I can't complain about how much help he's given me.  I just think he's growing a little faster than he can keep up with.  Prices are great, though, and my experience with this order won't stop me from ordering from him again in the future.

Id just like to add to what Shelly has said.  The growth, especially from
BR members has been unbelieveable.   I sincerely appreciate all that everyone
here has done.   Honestly it took me by surprise that so many great customers
would come from a message board but low and behold, there they are

It came this morning sometime, but I was at work so I didn't find out about it until this evening.  I would have liked to have gotten the original box and DT bag (my Thing Lives came with a drawstring bag), but it was in a ball box box (so a little bigger than a ball box.  I'm guessing that's because it was sitting on the shelf for a while and he just grabbed a box to put it in.  It's got a couple of small scuffs from shipping, but nothing that wouldn't happen the first night out.

Overall this wasn't the smoothest or speediest transaction, but Joe was very helpful and friendly.  As I said before, in spite of this less-than-perfect sale, I would order from him again.  He'll get past these growing pains, get a little more organization between the website and his in-house inventory and ebay stuff, and be a really top-notch seller.
