WOW,

Had a guy bowling next to us yesterday.

AZO Fantasy X particle.  We couldn't believe the move.

Then girlfriend had a pearl, not sure if pearl reactive or pearl particle but Nice also.

Looks like really strong stuff!

I had the Fantasy X reactive. That ball went real long on fresh with clean backends and then snapped late when it hit dry. I left some very powerful looking ten pins. On drier it hooked too early. On carrydown, plastic hooked more. That ball was really oil sensitive. I had a lot of over under problems with it. I played with the cover. I drilled out the side weight. I never could get really good breakpoint control with it. It was a frustrating experience because on those rare occasions I could line up with a proper breakpoint, the Fantasy X Reactive put all ten pins in the pit as a unit. Fun to watch! It was also a Christmas gift, so I really wanted it to work. Maybe the solid particle version would roll more even. I wish now I had gotten that one and polished it.
Oh well.

That ball was long and strong! I loved the length but it was too angular on the backs for me when they were fresh. That ball was always either too much or too little for me. Glad your sister is having success with it.

King Pin, you might want to look into the older AZO equipment and not this stuff Lanemasters goes by.  I heard the Answer left a lot of questions as to whether or not it was truly a ball or a mere 16 pound paper weight.

I know AZO manufactures their equipment but I prefer AZO's own stuff against what Lanemaster's coming up with.

You can't go wrong with the Drastic series, or even the Fires if you can find them.  I owned all four of them and they worked well on a wide variety of conditions.  All are very hard hitting and nice carrying equipment.

A guy in my neck of the wooods owns an Azo Fantasy X paticle, and just kills with it. Strong, strong move on the backend, and just ignores carrydown. I think they make some pretty good equipment from what I've seen.
