Does Lanemaster/Legends have a current solid reactive ball?

Even though their website says the original Absolute Power is a pearl or has a pearlized cover, mine acts like a polished solid. I have drilled it twice and I have changed the cover in 4 or 5 completely different ways. It acts like no pearl I have ever used. I would suggest that due to its behavior, it may be, for all intents and purposes, be considered to be a polished solid.

BTW the original was all silver; mine is a newer one, a silver and purple combinaiton purchased from Buddies and delivered directly from Lanemasters.

In addition, for whatever it's worth, I thought enough of the ball to very quickly buy another new one and stash it away in the basement.
