Time for my review on the Slant.

Bridge below pin pap 5 1/4 x 1/2 up. Out of box condition.

Ok, I have been using this ball now for about 3 weeks. My first time out I bowled on a scorpion pattern and threw 635. My line was 20 to 15 and stayed there all three games. Had a good look at the pocket and excellent carry. Next I bowled at the Indiana state moose tourney in Auburn, In. Tried to use the Slant there but the lanes were way too dry. Had to use my missing link straight up 4/5 board as hard as I could throw. Everything else inside with swing was just too inconsistant so using the slant on dryer lanes not so good. Next I bowled at two different houses on league shots. This ball was money on the house shots. Shot 714, 760, 745 and 687 using the Slant. I had great carry and the ball hits very hard. I have not touched the ball with any polish or pads as of yet. For me, the OOB condition is just too good. This ball is first out of my bag every time.

Conclusion- Ball is great for medium to heavier oil patterns Ball out of box will make the turn if you keep it a little tighter. When I tried to swing it out on heavier oil patterns it came up just a little short. I am sure if I was to scuff  the ball a little it would be a monster. I am seeing a flair of about 5". This ball is a lot stronger than I thought it would be and I am very impressed. I cant wait to try another Radical ball release. For anyone that is on the fence whether or not to try this ball all I can say is jump on it. You will not be disappointed. Congrats to newguy and his new company. Job well done.

Great bowling T. I had a great night with my slant as well. First game front 10 for 284. Slip in 11th made none, 245 with a 6-8 and 222 with a gutter ball in between hits for 751. Gutter was playing and I had not played there is a very long time so I had an occasional blip. Most impressive was SLANT out of the box only left 2 seven pins, had a solid 8 and a solid 9 and 1 smash 10. I really feel this matches up perfectly out of the box to most house shots which lets you hit the ground running.

drilled 55X4 1/8 X40.

It is indeed fantastic right out of the box, my 713 pales in comparison to what you guys are shooting, but in my defense the black lights were on

ive been 650ish for the last three sets after the 713.  Ball floats up front and makes a nice move to the pocket.  I can play in deeper if I soften my hand, or can get very agressive  playing a little swing of 15-8 type shot, or I can get very firm with my speed and play straight up 5 board and carry from all those angles  pretty versitle piece, been  my first out at certain houses to give me a read on the lane

I bought my ball from Buddies pro shop because they have my measurements and my thumb mold. Chris over at Buddies is top notch. He knows what he is doing. All I have to do is tell him what I want a ball to do and he makes it happen. This time I asked him to make the ball do a strong roll to the pocket no skid flip and he made that happen to perfection. The ball itself is just so good. I love the way it does not stop all the way through the pin deck. This ball just amazes me every time I use it. I cant wait to see what Phil comes up with next!
