Ultra Tactics mini review
« on: August 07, 2009, 02:25:18 AM »
SPECS:60X4X30 OOB Surface.

SUPER BOWL: Brunswick Pro Anvilane about 11 years old I think. The house has been using a Heavier thicker oil this summer so not much has hooked. Enter UT I played 14 at the arrows and went out about 5 and the ball just rolled over the oil and hooked right in their. I found that I could go about as deep as I wanted to with it and it would make it back with out question.

COMPARE: To Pro Tactics drilled 24X4 1/2X35. Ultra is about 2-3 feet earlier and covers about 5-7 more boards at the pins. They are equally smooth off the break due to the Surface of each ball. No surprises their.

MOTION: Ultra is smooth and strong off the break, Similar motion to a Dimension from Storm. Reaction is predictable, easy to read and handle.

OVERALL:This is my new oiler, I will need a ton of oil to ever warrant taking this out of the bag. I didn't think it would or could be any stronger than the PRO but Ultra has ALOT more than the Pro and the PRO has a ton. Great ball from AZO. Great addition to my Line up for the season.
