Surfing around, I found a Chinese company called VIA that makes bowling equipment and supplies in China.

  Some of the balls look interesting, and they all say that they are USBC approved, so I think SOMEBODY over here must carry them, but I couldn't find a distributor or pro shop link on google that would lead me to anyone I could possibly buy one from

  The link, I believe was:
  www.viabowlingproducts.com/products/09consumer.htm .  Once the balls page loads up, you can see the balls and some weightblocks, but can't click on any of them for more info or where to buy them.

I remember someone posted a Chinese website of a blatant copycat producer of US brand balls, e. g. the Bully. If it was not against any good taste and a couple of copyright violations, this would even be funny...

So, did anybody find a place to buy these?

I stumbled across them on what appears to be a buy/sell/trade site for importer/distributors: http://viabowlingproducts.en.alibaba.com/product/50343916/51557801/Bowling_Consumer_Products/High_Performance_Ball.html

With only a 50 piece minimum order I find it hard to believe that some distributor hasn't bought some to sell here.  Can't find them anywhere on-line - thought maybe ebay would have some, but no luck.  I don't imagine they can be that expensive.
