just went to look at the qualifying scores, and through 7 games, PA has 1,844 pins, or +444 . . . that's a 263 average, sports fans . . . he could darn near walk off the lanes right now and still qualify for match play . . .

PA bowled bad in the last 2 games, only +2, so average fell all the way down to 254 for 9 game set.  Jeff Smith clipped him by 9 pins at 2,295.

must be tough to average only 255, huh?!?!?

keep an eye on hugh miller, qualified at 13th position . . . hope he does well enough to stay in the top 50 for next year!!!  just win it, hugh!!!
