The shot at the masters offers a tremendous challenge. One must keep in mind that these are the best players in the world. So 780 plus series' seems feasible to me when you consider the caliber of the players we are discussing.

It will be extremely diffucult to navigate the "losers" bracket and make it all the way back to the tv show. But it can be done.

The instrument has yet to be invented that can accurately measure the ignorance of that statement.

Go to the pbatour.com website, click on the winner's and loser's brackets, and you'll see the match results in the brackets.

As I look through the scores, I don't see anyone averaging 250+ for the event.  It stands to reason that in a three-game set, someone somewhere in the event is going to shoot 750+, but that is not happening in every match.  There are a lot of people moving on with sub-700 scores.

Remember also that with a group that plays in roughly the same place on every pair, the lanes will open up as the day progresses, regardless of what you put out there.

Even though it is a challenging shot and the anes opened up after qualifying,
these guys are still shooting numbers. The Walter Ray and Danny Wiseman match would of been amazing to watch.Danny loss buy 6 pins but average 260, ahah! Wow.

My guy Pete Weber loss but i hope Duke goes all the way. Also Wes too. Jones is still on fire and shooting numbers also.

Today should be exciting to see who makes it.

Not on a true sport shot.  This was a bs shot out there.  I would love to see the pro's avg. that at my house.  Not a chance in hell.

I'd bet anything if the PBA ran a tournament with any sanctioned USBC "Sport Shot" There'd be someone to at least average 240 for the week.  Hell I've bowled college tournaments for 4 years and I've seen guys like O'Neill, Sapp, Norton, and many others tear a hole in anything you give them Sport or not.  Think about it, we're talking about guys that can split boards every shot if need be.
