Successful Summer
« on: August 20, 2013, 08:05:52 AM »
Wanted to take a minute and thank the Radical Family for helping me to a very successful summer. Since joining the Radical family I bowled my highest series to date - 858, in addition to 3 more 800 series, 3 - 300 games, 2 - 299 games and many 780+ series and I finished the summer with a personal best average of 244 in my Sunday League. To cap it off all 3 of the leagues I bowled in my teams won, including our Tuesday PBA Experience League (which includes a Free Regional entry).

If your looking for a new ball for the upcoming Fall season give the Radical line a look you'll be happy that you did

Thanks again Team Radical, Phil, & Mo.

Wow nice shooting. Just curious if you know much about the times up solid? I know it was pre Brunswick poured by 900g? I picked one up NIB super cheap and was considering MOtion holing it. Any thoughts on layouts if the MO hole isn't an option?

I'll be honest I haven't punched up a MOtion Hole ball yet. But you can go to bowlingchat.net and ask if someone has puched up a Times Up Solid with the MOtion Hole.

Do you know much about the times up? Or is this prior to your time with Radical?

It was prior to my time with Radical but it is a good ball that can be used as a benchmark ball. I don't have one but I've ssen a couple of people with one and the ball is a good controlled piece, yes you can make it more aggresive, but the people I saw ball gave a good read of what the lanes were doing.

Sounds good. Thanks for the info. Thinking I'm not going to MOtion hole it but just do a simple aggressive yet controllable pin up drilling. I'll leave it in the hands of my driller and be surprised.
