What are the differences between the Cyclotron and the
Cyclotron II cores?? The Fuel and Top Fuel cores are the same
and the Pure Fuel and Apocalypse have the CyclotronII core??
How big of a difference is there between the two cores??

The Fuel and Top Fuel cores are earlier, the Pure and Apoc are longer/later w/ a stronger diff and mass bias.

Not a huge difference "that us mortals would see" , but enough to differentiate.

Fuel rg 2.52, diff .050
Top rg 2.54, diff .050
Pure rg 2.55, diff .056
Apoc rg 2.54, diff .055

must be different densities somewhere...
the pictures of the cores look the same
to me...

yup, that is exactly what it is, different density dispersments from one to another,...maybe Roger will come on and be more specific......

Leaving the office I thought I would come on here before I signed off. If you look closely at the weight block pictures you will notice right underneath the puck there is a piece missing on the pure fuel/apoc that is there on the fuel/top fuel weight block. These are those cyclotron rings. On the first model of this weight block the ring went all the way around the weight block and then one T boned it and went half way around. On the Cyclotron II weight block we took out that half ring which created a slightly higher RG and DIFF value and a much stronger MB differential. This basically means when drilling 3 top fuels with the mb in the 3 different areas you will not see as much variation as you would if you drilled an apocalypse with the mb in 3 different areas.
