New Planet Ball This Fall?
« on: September 17, 2007, 02:51:45 AM »
Has anyone heard if there will be a new planet ball released this fall? The Venus & Neptune are awesome. Thanks for the help.

Because Storm makes Roto...if they made a Uranus...can we get a smell for the cover?

Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are! Yes, I think I would buy an Uranus ball, too. I'll pass on the smell though. Could you imagine that ball, with that smell, zipped up in your bowling bag for a period of time? On a side note, I believe (and I think it's been noted here at some point) Storm missed the boat with scents of the XXXFactor and XXXFactor Xtreme. A Jenna Jameson scented ball would've sold millions.

I dunno.  I like psusy as much as the next guy, and it doesn't have to smell bad, but it's not something I want to carry around with me all the time.

I agree, shelley. Most probably would've been sold as a collector's item or for some other purpose. Could you see the following conservation in pro shops across America:
"So, how do you want this drilled?"
"Umm, I just need one large hole in it."
"One? What are you going to do with just one hole? Ahhhh, never mind."

This thread is getting wayyyy off topic!

I'm thinking red/orange solid.  The Neptune is pretty new and fills that pearl reactive spot.  No sense replacing it already, especially for a company with a limited release schedule like RG.  The Saturn is the oldest of the bunch, now.

Maybe a solid particle, it's the only standard cover not available in the planet line.  But I'd guess the solid reactive.

A red SOLID, not pearl, would make sense for a Mars...plus it would fit in with Roto's hypothetical set process of replacing Mercury with Neptune, Saturn with..., etc.
