Outcry = Benchmark ball?
« on: August 20, 2015, 05:18:30 PM »
I have the Outcry that I have not drilled yet but I'm going to for this upcoming season, was wondering if it is a good benchmark ball for true medium patterns? What to get the Devour, is that a nice step up from what the outcry is or would I see too much overlap?

Yeah, was also looking at haywire but I thought that would be to big a gap between it and outcry. IDK maybe not.

Big gap, ofc it depends on the drilling layout but the haywire is a monster, similar shape even one is hybrid and the other is solid, but haywire is around 7 boards stronger for me than the outcry, hope this helps
So in your opinion is the outcry a viable medium to medium /heavy benchmark ball or would it not have enough core to read the pattern good enough?

It can be a nice medium to light oil benchmark because of how smooth it is, based on your stats i would say the uproar is your benchmark, haywire with your stats would be perfect for medium to heavy oil 55x5x40 so it comed off the spot smooth and be a good benchmark for heavy, my haywire is pin 3 1/2 and same angles and its a great ball for heavy oil
