Roto Grip Magic Gem Review
« on: October 15, 2023, 12:57:33 PM »
The Magic Gem is the newest release in the Gem line. After throwing the Magic Gem, it was much stronger than I expected. It came at 2000-geit but being a hybrid, I was hoping it would not be as strong as the Gem. I was wrong here because it felt like a cleaner Gem with more down lane shape. I think it will be more usable on a house shot than the original Gem, but it is still going to be way too strong for what I can use. As I said before, the Magic Gem is similar strength to the original Gem but is cleaner through the fronts with more shape down lane. Compared to the Exotic, the Magic Gem is closer to the shape but overall stronger. The Magic Gem would be a ball up from the Exotic and one would ball down to the Exotic when the Magic Gem is becoming too strong. The Magic Gem is going to be good for the speed dominant bowlers and on heavier/longer volume house/sport shots.
