SONIC BOOM
« on: January 19, 2004, 12:10:40 AM »
I drilled my Sonic Boom 4 X 2 1/2 with an 1 inch extra hole on my pap.  This ball is a definite must have. It is more predictable than the Sonic X because of the stronger cover and it reads the mid lane a lot better.  It also gets through the heads with ease and hits hard. From what I understand it was suppose to be between the Silver Streak and the Sonic X. This ball does exactly what they have tried to do. I would say it is closer to the Sonic X but reads alittle better. This is a ball that I would use on a med to light oil condition without giving up any hitting power.

I don't think you'd like this ball for light/dry, that's what the Sonics are for, ...I'd do a Sonic X Solid 5x4 for light/dry, and drill the Boom the same for med. light like it was designed.
